Langlois Pianos Tradition of Service

As head technician and now head of the family business, I, Ira Langlois, bring each instrument to its peak performance. Each piano goes thru a methodical process in our finishing room, to achieve just that. We prepare our Pianos especially for you. We work for you. Guarantee

We, at Langlois Pianos International, guarantee each and every instrument to be new, unless otherwise noted. Each new instrument comes with a factory warranty. A copy of the warranty is available upon request. All transportation charges are the responsibility of the consumer and or the dealer from which the piano was purchased.


Quality Control Management

In our blossoming process, each instrument is brought to a high performance level. They are refined until the instrument reaches it full potential.


Return Policy

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all structural and mechanical problems. On site repairs will be made when necessary. If there is a structural warranty problem, a new part will replace the damaged one. Transportation charges are the responsibility of the consumer and or the dealer from which the piano was purchased.


Payment Types

We accept Checks, Money Orders (payable to Langlois Pianos International Inc.), VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.


Shipping

Upon placing your piano order, you will receive a call from our staff at Langlois Pianos International. If you are out of state, and not a special order expect a four to six week delivery date. Any special arrangements, flights of steps or extreme rural area expect another two weeks. All Washington State expect approximately one to two weeks.


Sales tax

If instrument is delivered in Washington State, sales tax of 8.6% is added to all orders.
